  1. Take a Boat Tour of Land’s End

If you didn't take a tour of the famous El Archo ( The Arch) your first time in Cabo, does it even count? Taking a boat tour to the Land’s End and seeing the beautiful granite rock formations that have been shaped over time by the crashing waves is a must. The Arch is the most photographed sight in Cabo. I am sure you have seen it on postcards or computer backgrounds! We took a $30/pp boat tour and got to capture great photos in front of the Arch. We also learned the names of the other cool rock formations like Scooby Doo and the Pregnant Witch! If you are lucky, you might even see some seals sunbathing and even dolphins!

2. Rent a bed at a Beach Club

The beaches are lined with hotels and beach clubs. We stayed at Bahia Hotel Beach House. The resort was not on the beach but the beach club was a 5 minute walk away. Most clubs have a minimum required on drinks and food ranging anywhere from $100-$300 if you are renting a beach bed and or chairs, towels and umbrella. Great time to soak up the sun and get beachside service!

3. Tequila Tasting

No Trip to Mexico is complete without doing a Tequila Tasting! They have some of the best tequila and mezcal in the world! Doing a tasting will help you learn about how tequila is made and get to try some infused with chocolate, vanilla and other flavors you might not have known could mixed with tequila! I would advise planning ahead and making a reservation to ensure you get in since they tend to fill up quickly! Check out Pancho’s Restaurant and Tequila Bar!

4. Eat all the Food

I don’t know how many times I said it while I was there but the food in Mexico is so FRESH & DELICIOUS! From Sushi to Tacos, I am not sure which meal was my favorite because it was all mouth watering! You can get a Taco with a great portion of meat and toppings for only $2 nearly everywhere! Check out the scene at El Merkado which houses some of the best Mexican eateries all under one roof! Another great spot that was around the corner from our hotel was La Lupita Taco & Mezcal. The tortilla soup and Drunken Barbacoa Tacos were my favorite and I washed it all down with Margarita of course!

5. Visit Flora Farms

You will feel like you are in a scene from a romantic feel good movie. This gorgeous 25 acre organic farm is nestled in the mountain of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains. The farm not only has delicious food and drinks for lunch and dinner, but also shops, spas and even cooking classes! You can tour the property as well. Make reservations well in advanced because they book up VERY FAST!

If you have time be sure to stop by the Marina around sunset! Everything from shops to restaurants are there and it is the main hub for all of the boats leaving and returning to Cabo! Honestly I could have stayed at least one more day to explore more but the 4 days that we were there was an amazing time!

*Cabo is open to tourist! Mask are required indoors and you must take a Covid test 72 hours before returning to the United States. There are testing sites everywhere and most hotels have designated areas for testing. There was a $65 fee to test at our hotel.
